Yodel C2C Courier Integration with Helm

Set up Yodel C2C in your Helm WMS to manage consumer-to-consumer parcel deliveries with seamless label printing, tracking, and collection scheduling

Who Are Yodel C2C?

Yodel C2C is Yodel’s specialised service focusing on consumer-to-consumer parcel deliveries across the UK

It provides flexible, reliable shipping options designed to connect individual sellers and buyers with ease

Step 1: Get Your Yodel C2C Credentials

Before installing Yodel C2C in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • API KEY

  • Username

  • Password

🔎 These credentials are provided by Yodel C2C during onboarding

If you do not have them, contact your Yodel C2C account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Yodel C2C in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Yodel C2C

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Yodel C2C from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Internal name (e.g. “Yodel C2C Standard” or “Yodel C2C Express”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Yodel C2C

API KEY

Provided by Yodel C2C

Username

Provided by Yodel C2C

Password

Provided by Yodel C2C

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Yodel C2C is now integrated with your Helm WMS

You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly from Helm
