Amazon Courier Integration with Helm
Integrate Amazon Shipping directly into Helm WMS for seamless order fulfilment, label generation, and real-time tracking - all from your warehouse dashboard. Follow the steps below to get connected quickly and confidently

Who Are Amazon Shipping?
Amazon Shipping is the logistics arm of Amazon, offering next-day and same-day delivery services across the UK. With high-speed delivery and reliable parcel tracking, Amazon Shipping is a smart choice for high-volume operations. The direct integration with Helm enables streamlined shipping and automatic label generation for Amazon

Step 1: Install Amazon Shipping in Helm
🧭 Navigate to the Courier Setup Page:
In Helm, go to the Settings menu (bottom-left)
Use the search bar to locate and select Couriers
Click the Install Courier button (bottom-right corner)

Step 2: Configure Courier Details
Search for and select Amazon from the list of available couriers
Click Continue to begin setup
Fill in the following configuration fields:
Field | Description |
Courier Identifier | Internal label for the account (e.g. “Amazon Prime UK”) |
Account Type | Choose Live or Test mode |
Collection Time | Define collection times for each weekday |
💡 Optional: Add internal notes in the Notes field if required
Click Save to continue

Step 3: Authenticate Your Amazon Account
After saving your configuration, Helm will prompt you to securely connect your Amazon account using OAuth
Click Authenticate Amazon Account
A secure Amazon login window will open
Log in using your Amazon Shipping credentials
Approve the requested permissions to allow Helm to access your shipping and order data
🔒 This process is fully secure. Helm does not store your Amazon login credentials -authentication is handled entirely by Amazon

Integration Complete!
You’re now connected to Amazon Shipping via Helm. Orders can now be processed using Amazon’s courier service directly from your warehouse workflow
