Hived Integration with Helm
Easily connect Hived to your Helm account and start dispatching efficiently. This step-by-step guide walks you through everything from credentials to configuration

Who Are Hived?
Hived is a UK-based courier service specialising in fast, flexible same-day and next-day deliveries
Known for reliable regional coverage and tailored solutions, Hived supports businesses seeking efficient local and national parcel shipping

Step 1: Get Your Hived Credentials
Before installing Hived in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Username
Password
Account Number
🔎 These credentials are provided by Hived during onboarding
If you don’t have them, contact your Hived account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Hived in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type
CouriersSelect the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Hived
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Hived from the list
Click Continue to begin setup
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Hived Same Day” or “Hived Regional”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Hived |
Username | Provided by Hived |
Password | Provided by Hived |
Account Number | Provided by Hived |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Hived is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching, printing labels and managing collections directly from Helm
