Step-by-Step Setup

To connect Shopware to Helm:

  1. Access Your Shopware Admin Panel
    Log in to your Shopware backend and navigate to the API settings section

  2. Create API Access
    Generate an API key and secret, or configure an integration user with sufficient permissions

  3. Log in to Helm
    Go to Settings → My Store

  4. Add New Sales Channel
    Click Add New Sales Channel and choose Shopware from the list of integrations

  5. Enter Required Details

Upload the Shopware logo or your own brand icon

Enter the API Key generated in your Shopware admin

  1. Click Continue to proceed to sync preferences
