Relay Integration with Helm

Easily connect Relay to your Helm account and start dispatching efficiently. This step-by-step guide walks you through everything from credentials to configuration

Who Are Relay?

Relay is a parcel delivery network specialising in out-of-home delivery to local pickup points across Europe

They provide flexible, customer-friendly solutions that reduce delivery costs and improve convenience for recipients

Step 1: Get Your Relay Credentials

Before installing Relay in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • API KEY

🔎 These details are provided by Relay during onboarding
If you require assistance, contact your Relay account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Relay in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Relay

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Relay from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier

Internal name (e.g. “Relay Pickup” or “Relay France”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Relay

API KEY

Provided by Relay

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Relay is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly from Helm
