Stuart Courier Integration with Helm

Set up Stuart in your Helm WMS to enable fast, on-demand delivery with automated label generation, tracking, and collection scheduling

Who Are Stuart?

Stuart is a European last-mile delivery platform offering same-day and scheduled deliveries across a range of sectors

Known for their real-time tracking and flexible solutions, Stuart is ideal for urban logistics and rapid fulfilment strategies

Step 1: Get Your Stuart Credentials

Before installing Stuart in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

🔎 These credentials are provided by Stuart during your onboarding process

If you don’t have them, contact your Stuart account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Stuart in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Stuart

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Stuart from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier

Internal name (e.g. “Stuart Same Day” or “Stuart Courier”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Enter your typical pickup schedule or Stuart delivery window

Client ID

Provided by Stuart

Client Secret

Provided by Stuart

💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Stuart is now integrated with your Helm WMS

You can now dispatch orders, manage real-time tracking, and schedule deliveries straight from Helm
