FloStream Integration with Helm

Easily connect FloStream to your Helm account and start dispatching efficiently. This step-by-step guide walks you through everything from credentials to configuration

Who Are FloStream?

FloStream is a UK-based technology platform offering streamlined courier management and consolidated shipping services for eCommerce retailers

They integrate with multiple last-mile providers and offer automation tools to simplify logistics workflows

Step 1: Get Your FloStream Credentials

You will need:

  • Account Number

  • Account Name

  • Token

🔎 These are issued by FloStream during onboarding

Contact support if you need help retrieving them

Step 2: Install FloStream in Helm

  1. Go to Settings in the bottom-left corner

  2. Type “Couriers“ in the search bar

  3. Click the Couriers tab

Step 3: Configure FloStream

  1. Click Install Courier

  2. Select FloStream from the list

  3. Click Continue

  4. Enter the following:

Scheduled pickup time with FloStream
