Test Courier Integration with Helm
Set up Test Courier in your Helm WMS to simulate courier operations and test shipping workflows without using a live courier

What Is Test Courier?
Test Courier is a dummy courier service designed exclusively for testing and development
It allows you to verify label generation, tracking, and collection scheduling functionality in a sandbox environment without impacting real shipments

Step 1: Get Your Test Courier Credentials
Before installing Test Courier in Helm, ensure you have the following test credentials
You will need:
Username
Password
🔎 These credentials are usually provided by Helm or your testing environment
If you don’t have them, contact Helm Support

Step 2: Install Test Courier in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type Couriers
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Test Courier
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Test Courier from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Test Courier Sandbox”) |
Account Type | Choose Test environment only |
Collection Time | Enter any time — this is only for simulation purposes |
Username | Your Test Username |
Password | Your Test Password |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Test Courier is now set up in Helm WMS
You can now test dispatching shipments, label generation and tracking without affecting real orders
