What is Coperama Marketplace

Coperama is a European procurement platform for the hospitality sector, originally founded by NH Hotel Group. It connects approved suppliers with hotels and hospitality businesses, offering a unified marketplace for products ranging from food and beverage to housekeeping and technical equipment

By connecting Coperama to Helm, suppliers can automate operational tasks, ensure inventory accuracy, and manage multi-location fulfilment from a single system

Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select Coperama from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name

Enter a name such as Coperama EU or Coperama Hospitality

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the Coperama logo or your own branded image

API URL

Use the full API endpoint provided by Coperama (e.g. https://api.coperama.com)

API Key

Paste the API key issued through your Coperama vendor account

  1. Click Continue

Configure how Helm interacts with your Coperama store:

Hold back reserve inventory (e.g. buffer of 5 units)

Auto Merge Orders

Combine multiple orders from the same buyer or property

Order Importing Type

Select the date and time from which to begin downloading orders

Final Steps

  • Click Save once all settings are configured

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen

Common Issues

Invalid API URL

Double-check the URL includes HTTPS and versioning as required by Coperama

Invalid API Key

Ensure the API key has the correct access scopes and is active

Orders Not Importing

Confirm the channel is marked active and import settings are correctly configured

Stock Not Syncing

Verify stock sync is enabled and products are mapped correctly in Helm
