What is Coperama Marketplace
Coperama is a European procurement platform for the hospitality sector, originally founded by NH Hotel Group. It connects approved suppliers with hotels and hospitality businesses, offering a unified marketplace for products ranging from food and beverage to housekeeping and technical equipment
By connecting Coperama to Helm, suppliers can automate operational tasks, ensure inventory accuracy, and manage multi-location fulfilment from a single system

Step-by-Step Setup
From your Helm dashboard:
Navigate to Settings > My Store
Click Add New Sales Channel
Select Coperama from the list of available integrations
Click Install
Enter the required details:
Click Continue

Interaction Settings
Configure how Helm interacts with your Coperama store:

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your Coperama integration is now live - and youโre ready to Take the Helm
