GLS France Integration with Helm

Who Are GLS France?

GLS France is part of the General Logistics Systems network, offering fast and reliable parcel delivery across France and Europe

With a strong local presence, detailed tracking, and flexible B2C and B2B services, GLS France is a trusted partner for domestic and cross-border shipments

Step 1: Get Your GLS France Credentials

Before installing GLS France in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • Username

  • Password

  • Contact ID

🔎 These are provided by GLS France during your account setup

Contact your GLS account manager if you're missing any credentials

Step 2: Install GLS France in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers”

  3. Click on the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure GLS France

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select GLS France from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following information:

Internal name (e.g. “GLS France Domestic” or “GLS FR Express”)

Choose Live for active use or Test for testing environment

Collection Time

Enter the time and frequency of your scheduled collections

Provided by GLS France
