Correos Courier Integration with Helm

Integrate Correos with your Helm WMS to streamline parcel dispatch, label creation, tracking, and management of domestic and international shipments in Spain

Known for reliability and extensive coverage, Correos supports eCommerce businesses with tailored fulfilment services

Connecting Correos with Helm helps automate your shipping processes and improve delivery efficiency

Step 1: Gather Your Correos Credentials

Before setting up Correos in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials from Correos:

  • Username

  • Password

  • Label Code

🔎 These credentials are supplied during account onboarding

If you don’t have them, contact your Correos account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Correos in Helm

To install Correos:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Correos”

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the search results

  4. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

Step 3: Configure Correos Courier Settings

Once installation starts:

  1. Search for and select Correos from the courier list

  2. Click Continue to open the configuration page

  3. Fill in the required details:

Internal name for reference (e.g. “Correos Spain” or “Correos Express”)

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Set your collection schedule as agreed with Correos

Provided by Correos

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Correos is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can begin dispatching parcels, printing labels, and managing collections directly within Helm, including for Spanish domestic and international shipments
