By connecting Orderwise to Helm, you can eliminate manual data entry, improve operational accuracy, and unify your fulfilment across multiple sales platforms

Step-by-Step Setup
To connect Orderwise to Helm:
Prepare Your Orderwise Account
Ensure you have API access or web service endpoints enabled from your Orderwise implementation teamRequest Credentials
You will need:API Endpoint or Web Service URL
Authentication credentials (Token, Username/Password, or Client ID/Secret depending on your setup)
Log in to Helm
Go to Settings → My StoreAdd New Sales Channel
Click Add New Sales Channel and select OrderWise from the integration listEnter Required Details

Sales Channel Name | e.g., Orderwise ERP |
Sales Channel Logo | Upload the Orderwise logo or your own brand icon |
API URL | Enter the web service or API endpoint provided by Orderwise |
Authentication Method | Enter your credentials or token, depending on your configuration |
Click Continue to configure sync and automation settings

Interaction Settings
Adjust how Helm and Orderwise communicate:

Auto Merge Orders | Combine orders from the same customer or address |
Order Importing Type | Set the starting point from which orders should be downloaded into Helm |

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your Orderwise integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm
