Mintsoft Integration Guide
Integrate your Mintsoft fulfilment system with Helm to automate order flow, streamline stock management and simplify third-party logistics operations across all your sales channels

What is Mintsoft
Mintsoft is a cloud-based order and warehouse management system (WMS) widely used by fulfilment centres and eCommerce retailers to handle multichannel logistics, order picking, and courier integrations, offering end-to-end solutions for inventory, order processing, and shipping
Connecting Mintsoft to Helm allows you to centralise order fulfilment, keep inventory levels accurate, and dispatch orders through your Mintsoft-connected warehouses or courier services
PROS ✅ | CONS ❌ |
Ideal for third-party logistics and multi-client fulfilment | Requires valid API credentials and may need warehouse or client ID setup |
Supports advanced courier routing and warehouse rules | Some warehouse-specific configurations must be mirrored in Helm |
Real-time stock syncing and fulfilment visibility in Helm | Product SKUs and order references must be consistent across both systems |
