Connecting Macy’s with Helm allows you to manage product data, synchronise stock, and process orders all from one unified system

Step-by-Step Setup
From your Helm dashboard:
Navigate to Settings > My Store
Click Add New Sales Channel
Select Macy’s from the list of available integrations
Click Install
Enter the required details:
Click Continue
Interaction Settings
Adjust how Helm connects with your Macy’s store:

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your Macy’s integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm
