Who Are B2C Europe by Maersk?
B2C Europe is a cross-border delivery solution by Maersk, one of the world’s largest logistics companies. They specialise in low-cost, tracked shipping across Europe and beyond, helping eCommerce sellers simplify last-mile delivery. With Helm integration, you can automate international fulfilment and scale with confidence

Step 1: Gather Your B2C Europe Credentials
Before setting up the courier in Helm, ensure you have the following API credentials from B2C Europe:
Account Number
Authentication Key
Scramble Code
🔎 You can obtain these details from your Maersk/B2C Europe account manager or via the integration section of your client portal at maersk.com or b2ceurope.eu

Step 2: Install B2C Europe in Helm
🧭 Navigate to the Courier Setup Page:
Open the Settings menu in Helm (bottom-left)
Type and select Couriers using the search bar
Click Install Courier (bottom-right corner)

Step 3: Configure B2C Europe Courier Settings
Search for and select B2C Europe from the courier list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the required configuration details:
Field | Description |
Courier Identifier | Give your B2C Europe integration an internal name (e.g. “B2C Europe”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production use or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Set your weekly collection schedule by day and time |
Account Number | Supplied by B2C Europe |
Authentication key | Supplied by B2C Europe |
Scramble code | Supplied by B2C Europe |

Click Save to complete the integration

You're Good to Go!
B2C Europe by Maersk is now connected to Helm. Your warehouse team can begin dispatching international orders, generating labels, and managing scheduled collections with ease
