By connecting Parts Town to Helm, you can automate the flow of incoming orders, synchronise inventory across fulfilment centres, and manage part-specific SKUs with accuracy and speed

Step-by-Step Setup
From your Helm dashboard:
Navigate to Settings > My Store
Click Add New Sales Channel
Select Parts Town from the list of available integrations
Click Install
Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name | Enter a name such as Parts Town US or Parts Town OEM Parts |
Sales Channel Logo | Upload the Parts Town logo or your own company’s branded logo |
API URL | Enter the full API endpoint provided by Parts Town |
API Key | Paste the API key from your approved Parts Town integration portal |
Click Continue

Interaction Settings
Configure how Helm interacts with Parts Town:

Auto Merge Orders | Combine multiple orders from the same repair centre or dealer |
Order Importing Type | Define the date and time to start importing new orders from Parts Town |

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your Parts Town integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues
