Step-by-Step Setup
To connect Temu to Helm:
Register as a Seller
Join the Temu Seller Programme and wait for your account approvalGet API Access
Once approved, access your seller dashboard to obtain the following credentials:API URL
API Key (or Access Token depending on region)
Log in to Helm
Navigate to Settings → My StoreAdd New Sales Channel
Click Add New Sales Channel and select Temu from the integration listEnter Required Details

Sales Channel Logo | Upload the Temu logo or your branded icon |
API URL | Full API endpoint URL provided by Temu |
API Key or Token | Paste the authentication key issued from your seller area |
Click Continue

Interaction Settings
Control how Helm interacts with your Temu account:

Auto Merge Orders | Automatically merge orders from the same customer or store |
Order Importing Type | Choose the date/time from which Helm should start importing orders |

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your Temu integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues
