An Post Courier Integration with Helm

Set up An Post as a courier in your Helm WMS and start dispatching seamlessly with integrated label generation, tracking, and collection scheduling

Who Are An Post?

An Post is Ireland’s national postal service provider, offering reliable delivery solutions both domestically and internationally. With a reputation for trusted logistics and eCommerce-friendly services, An Post integrates directly with Helm to help streamline your warehouse fulfilment and shipping operations

Step 1: Gather Your An Post Credentials

Before beginning the setup in Helm, ensure you have the following API credentials ready from An Post:

  • Account Number

Step 2: Install An Post in Helm

Navigate to the Courier Setup Page:

  1. In Helm, open the Settings menu (bottom-left corner)

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

  4. Click Install Courier (bottom-right)

Step 3: Configure An Post Courier Settings

  1. From the list, search for and select An Post

  2. Click Continue to begin the setup

Enter the required configuration details:

Courier Identifier

Give your An Post integration an internal name (e.g. “An Post Ireland”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production use or An Post for trial setup

Collection Time

Set your weekly collection schedule by day and time

Account Number

Supplied by An Post

💡 Use the Notes field (if visible) to leave any internal comments for your team

Click Save to complete the integration

You're Good to Go!

An Post is now fully integrated with Helm WMS. Your team can begin dispatching orders, generating courier labels, and scheduling pickups directly from within the platform
