What is Despatch Cloud

Despatch Cloud is a cloud-based eCommerce and fulfilment platform. In Helm, it functions as a dedicated testing channel for clients to configure their accounts, exercise APIs, and confirm operational behaviour before enabling production traffic

Integrating Despatch Cloud with Helm centralises inventory and orders, reduces manual exertions, and furnishes a safe proving ground for end‑to‑end verification

Step-by-Step Setup

To integrate Despatch Cloud with Helm

  1. Obtain API Credentials
    Log in to your Despatch Cloud admin panel
    Navigate to Settings → API and generate or find your API Key and API Endpoint URL

  2. Log in to Helm
    Go to Settings → My Store

  3. Add New Sales Channel
    Click Add New Sales Channel and select Despatch Cloud from the list

  4. Enter Required Details

  • Click Save once all settings are configured

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
