Who Are Yodel Link?
Yodel Link is a branch of Yodel offering scalable, integrated delivery services across the UK for businesses
It is designed to provide flexible delivery options and API-based label generation to suit growing eCommerce operations
Step 1: Get Your Yodel Link Credentials
Before installing Yodel Link in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

Meter Number
License Plate Start
License Plate End
Starting Run Number
Contract Number
Account Number
Schedule Number
Contract Company Name
Contract Name
Contract Address 1
Contract Address 2
Contract City
Contract County
Contract Postcode
Contract Phone
Contract Vat
Contract Email
🔎 These credentials are provided by Yodel Link during onboarding
If you do not have them, contact your Yodel Link account manager or support team
Step 2: Install Yodel Link in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type Couriers
Select the Couriers tab from the results
Step 3: Select and Configure Yodel Link
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Yodel Link from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Yodel Link Standard” or “Yodel Link Express”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Yodel Link |
Meter Number | Provided by Yodel Link |
License Plate Start | Provided by Yodel Link |
License Plate End | Provided by Yodel Link |
Starting Run Number | Provided by Yodel Link |
Contract Number | Provided by Yodel Link |
Account Number | Provided by Yodel Link |
Schedule Number | Provided by Yodel Link |
