Colis Privé Courier Integration with Helm

Connecting Colis Privé with Helm helps automate your French shipping workflows and improve customer satisfaction

Step 1: Gather Your Colis Privé Credentials

Before starting the setup in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials from Colis Privé:

  • Cp Customer Id

  • Account Id

  • Reverse Dest Name

🔎 These credentials are provided on account creation or onboarding

If you do not have them, contact your Colis Privé account manager or support team

Step 2: Install Colis Privé in Helm

To install Colis Privé:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Courier”

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the search results

  4. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

Step 3: Configure Colis Privé Courier Settings

After installation begins:

  1. Search for and select Colis Privé from the courier list

  2. Click Continue to access the configuration page

  3. Complete the required fields:

Internal name (e.g. “Colis Privé France” or “Colis Privé Express”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production use or Test for trial environment

Collection Time

Specify your agreed collection schedule

Cp Customer Id

Reverse Dest Name

Provided by Colis Privé

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

Colis Privé is now fully integrated with Helm WMS
