What is H&M Marketplace
H&M Marketplace allows approved brands to showcase and sell home décor and lifestyle products on the H&M online platform, reaching a broad customer base with strong brand loyalty
By integrating H&M with Helm, you can centralise your order management, automate inventory updates, and ensure smooth fulfilment alongside your other marketplaces

Step-by-Step Setup
From your Helm dashboard:
Navigate to Settings > My Store
Click Add New Sales Channel
Select H&M from the list of available integrations
Click Install
Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Logo | Upload the H&M logo or your own branded icon |
API URL | Enter the full API endpoint provided by H&M |
API Key | Paste the API key provided by H&M via your seller portal |
Click Continue

Interaction Settings
Customise how Helm interacts with your H&M account:

Use Channel Names | Display the H&M product name on each order |

Stock Buffer | Reserve a quantity of stock to prevent overselling |
Auto Merge Orders | Merge multiple orders from the same customer/store |
Order Importing Type | Set the date and time for when order importing should begin |

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your H&M integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues
ISSUE | SOLUTION |
Invalid API URL | Confirm the API endpoint is correctly formatted and uses HTTPS |
Invalid API Key | Ensure the key is valid and copied exactly as provided by H&M |
Orders Not Importing | Check that the channel is active and the order import date/time is set correctly |
Stock Not Syncing | Make sure Sync Stock Levels is enabled in the interaction settings |
