DG International Integration with Helm

Who Are DG International?

Step 1: Get Your DG International Credentials
Before installing DG International in Helm, make sure you have your credentials to hand
You will need:
Api Key
🔎 These details are provided by DG International during account setup or onboarding
Contact their support team if you’re unsure where to locate them

Step 2: Install DG International in Helm
To start the installation:
Go to the Settings menu in the bottom-left of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers”
Select the Couriers tab from the search results

Step 3: Select and Configure DG International
Click the Install Courier button in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select DG International from the courier list
Click Continue to open the configuration panel
Fill in the following fields:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name for your reference (e.g. “DG Intl Tracked” or “DG Cross-Border”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for operational use or Test for staging |
Collection Time | Add your scheduled collection time as agreed with DG International |
Api Key | Provided by DG International |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
DG International is now integrated with your Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching orders, printing courier labels, and managing collections directly from Helm
