Slood is an emerging eCommerce marketplace that connects lifestyle, fashion, and homeware brands with a growing base of online consumers. By listing on Slood, approved sellers can expand their digital reach and sell directly to a curated audience

Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select Slood from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name

Enter a name such as Slood Marketplace UK

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the Slood logo or your brand’s icon

API URL

Use the full API endpoint provided by Slood

API Key

Paste the API key provided in your Slood seller account

  1. Click Continue

  • Click Save once all settings are configured

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen

Common Issues

Invalid API URL

Ensure the API URL is entered in full with the correct structure

Double-check that the key is copied accurately and is active in Slood’s system

Orders Not Importing

Make sure the channel is active and order settings are correctly configured

Stock Not Syncing

Verify that all stock sync settings are enabled in your interaction configuration
