Tuffnells Courier Integration with Helm

Set up Tuffnells in your Helm WMS to manage your large and irregular parcel deliveries with integrated label creation and tracking

Who Are Tuffnells?

Tuffnells is a UK-based courier specialising in large, long, and awkward parcel deliveries

They offer nationwide coverage and reliable solutions tailored for businesses shipping non-standard items

Step 1: Get Your Tuffnells Credentials

Before installing Tuffnells in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:

  • Account Number

  • Sequence number

  • Ftp hostname

  • Ftp username

  • Ftp password

🔎 These credentials are issued by Tuffnells during account setup

If you don’t have them, please contact your Tuffnells account manager or support representative

Step 2: Install Tuffnells in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Tuffnells

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Tuffnells from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Internal name (e.g. “Tuffnells Pallets” or “Tuffnells Large Parcels”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial use

Collection Time

Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Tuffnells

Account Number

Sequence number

Provided by Tuffnells

Ftp hostname

Provided by Tuffnells

Ftp username

Provided by Tuffnells

Ftp password

Provided by Tuffnells

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Tuffnells is now connected to Helm WMS

You can start dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections seamlessly from Helm
