Step-by-Step Setup

To integrate your Redcare Pharmacy marketplace channel with Helm:

  1. Register as a Seller
    Apply through Redcare Pharmacy’s partner onboarding programme.

  2. Obtain API Credentials
    After approval, retrieve your API URL and API Key from the seller portal.

  3. Log in to Helm
    Go to Settings → My Store in your Helm dashboard.

  4. Add a New Sales Channel
    Click Add New Sales Channel and select Redcare Pharmacy from the list.

  5. Enter API Credentials
