DPD Ireland Integration with Helm

Step 1: Get Your DPD Ireland Credentials

Before installing DPD Ireland in Helm, make sure you have your login credentials ready
You will need:

  • Username

  • Password

  • Basic Token

🔎 These are issued during account creation with DPD Ireland

If you need help retrieving them, contact DPD Ireland’s support team

Step 2: Install DPD Ireland in Helm

To install the courier:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers”

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure DPD Ireland

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select DPD Ireland from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin setup

  4. Fill in the following fields:

Internal name (e.g. “DPD Ireland” or “DPD IE Express”)

Account Type

Select Live for production use or Test for sandbox setup

Collection Time

Enter the agreed daily or weekly collection time with DPD Ireland

Username

Provided by DPD Ireland

Password

Provided by DPD Ireland

Basic Token

Provided by DPD Ireland

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

DPD Ireland is now integrated with Helm WMS
