By connecting Carrefour with Helm, you can centralise operations, automate order and stock flow, and manage your entire retail presence from one dashboard

Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select Carrefour from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name

Enter a name such as Carrefour Marketplace FR

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the Carrefour logo or your own branded icon

API URL

Use the full API endpoint provided by Carrefour (e.g. https://api.carrefour.com)

API Key

Paste the API key issued via your Carrefour seller portal

  1. Click Continue

Common Issues

Ensure the full URL is correctly formatted, including protocol and path

Invalid API Key

Verify the key is copied exactly from your Carrefour portal

Orders Not Importing

Check that the channel is active and that valid order statuses are selected

Confirm that stock sync is enabled in your interaction settings
