Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select Macy’s from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Enter a name such as Macy’s Marketplace US

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the Macy’s logo or your own branded icon

API URL

Enter the full API endpoint provided by Macy’s (e.g. https://api.macys.com)

API Key

Paste the API key issued to you via the Macy’s seller portal

  1. Click Continue

Common Issues

SOLUTION

Invalid API URL

Ensure the full URL is correctly formatted, including protocol (e.g. https://)

Invalid API Key

Confirm the key is copied exactly as issued by Macy’s and is still active

Orders Not Importing

Check that the channel is active and import settings are properly configured

Stock Not Syncing

Verify that stock sync is enabled and mapped correctly in Helm
