Step-by-Step Setup

To connect Interspire to Helm

  1. Generate API Credentials
    Log in to your Interspire Admin Panel
    Navigate to Settings → API and create or retrieve your API key and endpoint URL

  2. Log in to Helm
    Go to Settings → My Store

  3. Add New Sales Channel
    Click Add New Sales Channel and select Interspire from the list

  4. Enter Required Details

Upload your Interspire logo or brand icon

Paste your full Interspire API endpoint URL

API Key

Enter the API key generated in your Interspire dashboard

Common Issues

Invalid API URL

Confirm the API URL includes https and is publicly accessible

Invalid API Key

Verify the API key matches what was generated in Interspire

Orders Not Importing

Ensure the channel is active and order statuses are set correctly

Stock Not Syncing

Check SKU matching and that stock sync is enabled
