What is Conrad Marketplace

Conrad is a leading European B2B and B2C technology platform offering electronic components, tools, and industrial solutions. Through the Conrad Marketplace, approved suppliers can sell directly to businesses, engineers, and consumers via one of the most trusted electronics retail networks in Europe

Connecting Conrad to Helm allows you to centralise operations, sync stock and orders, and manage your catalogue with greater control across multiple sales channels

Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select Conrad from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name

Enter a name such as Conrad Marketplace DE or Conrad EU

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the Conrad logo or your own branded icon

API URL

Use the full API endpoint provided by Conrad (e.g. https://api.marketplace.conrad.com)

API Key

Paste the API key from your Conrad seller account

  1. Click Continue

Final Steps

  • Click Save once all settings are configured

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen

Common Issues

SOLUTION

Invalid API URL

Confirm the URL is complete, including HTTPS and versioning

Invalid API Key

Ensure the API key is active and correctly scoped for your seller environment

Orders Not Importing

Make sure the channel is active and import filters are configured properly

Stock Not Syncing

Verify that Sync Stock Levels and mappings are enabled in the interaction tab
