Driven Brands is the largest automotive services company in North America, operating a network of repair, maintenance, and parts distribution businesses including Take 5 Oil Change, Meineke, Maaco, and CARSTAR. As a supplier, connecting to Driven Brands provides access to a wide network of automotive service centres and franchise partners

By integrating with Helm, suppliers can manage inventory, automate order handling, and support high-volume, multi-location B2B fulfilment with speed and accuracy

Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select Driven Brands from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name

Enter a name such as Driven Brands US or Driven

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the Driven Brands logo or a relevant network brand (e.g. Take 5, Maaco)

API URL

Use the full API endpoint provided by the Driven Brands integration team

API Key

Paste the API key issued to you during onboarding

  1. Click Continue

  • Click Save once all settings are configured

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen

Common Issues

Invalid API URL

Confirm the full API URL (with HTTPS and version path) is correct

Invalid API Key

Ensure the API key is valid, active, and scoped correctly

Orders Not Importing

Check that the channel is active and import filters are configured properly

Stock Not Syncing

Verify that Sync Stock Levels is enabled and SKU mapping is in place
