Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select Douglas from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name

Enter a name such as Douglas Marketplace Germany

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the Douglas logo or your own custom icon

API URL

Use the full API endpoint provided by Douglas (e.g. https://api.partner.douglas.de)

API Key

Paste the API key provided by your Douglas seller account

  1. Click Continue

Check that stock sync is enabled in interaction settings
