Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select H&M from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Enter a name such as H&M Marketplace UK

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the H&M logo or your own branded icon

API URL

Enter the full API endpoint provided by H&M

API Key

Paste the API key provided by H&M via your seller portal

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen

Common Issues

Invalid API URL

Confirm the API endpoint is correctly formatted and uses HTTPS

Invalid API Key

Ensure the key is valid and copied exactly as provided by H&M

Orders Not Importing

Check that the channel is active and the order import date/time is set correctly

Stock Not Syncing

Make sure Sync Stock Levels is enabled in the interaction settings
