The Knot is a popular wedding planning platform in the US that offers vendor listings, gift registries, and curated marketplaces for products and services. Through The Knot’s seller programme, approved partners can showcase products such as décor, accessories, gifts, and bridal essentials to engaged couples planning their big day
Connecting The Knot to Helm allows you to centralise your operations, automate order flow, and maintain accurate inventory levels in real time

Step-by-Step Setup
From your Helm dashboard:
Navigate to Settings > My Store
Click Add New Sales Channel
Select The Knot from the list of available integrations
Click Install
Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Name | Enter a name such as The Knot Marketplace |
Sales Channel Logo | Upload The Knot logo or your own branded image |
API URL | Use the full API endpoint provided by The Knot |
API Key | Paste the API key provided by The Knot seller account |
Click Continue

Interaction Settings
Configure how Helm interacts with your The Knot store:

Auto Merge Orders | Merge orders from the same customer or order cycle |
Order Importing Type | Set the starting point in time for downloading new orders |

Final Steps
Click Save once all settings are configured
Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen
Your The Knot integration is now live - and you’re ready to Take the Helm

Common Issues
