Connecting Fanatics to Helm enables centralised management of sport-related SKUs, multi-regional stock control, and efficient delivery alongside all your other sales channels

Step-by-Step Setup

From your Helm dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Store

  2. Click Add New Sales Channel

  3. Select Fanatics Marketplace from the list of available integrations

  4. Click Install

  5. Enter the required details:

Sales Channel Logo

Upload the official Fanatics logo or your branded icon

API URL

Use the full endpoint provided by Fanatics (e.g. https://api.fanatics.com)

API Key

Paste the API Key issued by Fanatics during seller onboarding

  • Set the channel to Is Active at the top of the screen

Common Issues
