UK Mail Courier Integration with Helm

Set up UK Mail in your Helm WMS to streamline shipments, print labels, and manage collections efficiently from one place

Who Are UK Mail?

UK Mail (a DHL company) is a UK-based courier offering parcel delivery and logistics services for businesses across the country

They provide reliable domestic delivery options with strong tracking and network infrastructure

Step 1: Get Your UK Mail Credentials

Before installing UK Mail in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • Username

  • Password

  • Account

🔎 These details are provided by UK Mail during your onboarding

If you're missing any of them, please contact your UK Mail account manager or support team

Step 2: Install UK Mail in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure UK Mail

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select UK Mail from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Internal name (e.g. “UK Mail Next Day” or “UK Mail Economy”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for a trial setup

Collection Time

Enter your agreed collection window with UK Mail

Username

Provided by UK Mail

Password

Provided by UK Mail

Account

Provided by UK Mail

Once done, click Save to activate the integration
