HubEurope Express Integration with Helm

Who Are HubEurope Express?

HubEurope Express is a specialist division of HubEurope focused on fast, time-sensitive parcel deliveries across Europe

They offer express shipping solutions with guaranteed delivery windows, ideal for urgent and high-value shipments

Step 1: Get Your HubEurope Express Credentials

Before installing HubEurope Express in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • Account Number

  • Token

🔎 These credentials are provided by HubEurope during onboarding

Contact your account manager or support if you need assistance

Step 2: Install HubEurope Express in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Type “Couriers” in the search bar

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure HubEurope Express

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select HubEurope Express from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Enter your agreed pickup schedule with HubEurope Express
