Fosseway Integration with Helm

Who Are Fosseway?
Fosseway Couriers is a UK-based logistics provider offering same-day, next-day and scheduled deliveries for commercial clients
Known for their regional coverage, reliability and personalised service, Fosseway is a strong choice for businesses looking for a dependable fulfilment partner

Step 1: Get Your Fosseway Credentials
Before installing Fosseway in Helm, make sure you have the required credentials
You will need:
Account Number
Account Name
Token
🔎 These credentials are supplied by Fosseway upon account creation
Contact your account manager if you need help retrieving them

Step 2: Install Fosseway in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers”
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Fosseway
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Fosseway from the courier list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Fosseway Local” or “Fosseway Express”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for active use or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup time with Fosseway |
Account Number | Provided by Fosseway |
Account Name | Provided by Fosseway |
Token | Provided by Fosseway |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Fosseway is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching, printing labels and managing your collections directly within the platform
