Step 1: Get Your Courier Credentials

Before installing Norsk in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Access Key Id
Secret Access Key
Tracking Url Slug
Shipper Company Name
Shipper Name
Shipper Address 1
Shipper Address 2
Shipper Address 3
Shipper City
Shipper County
Shipper Email
Shipper Phone
Shipper Postcode
Shipper Country Iso
🔎 These credentials are provided by Norsk during onboarding

Step 2: Install Norsk in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers“
Select the Couriers tab from the results
Step 3: Select and Configure Norsk
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Norsk from the list
Click Continue to start configuration
Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Norsk Standard” or “Norsk Express”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Norsk |
Username | Provided by Norsk |
Password | Provided by Norsk |
Account Number | Provided by Norsk |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration
All Set!
Norsk is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly within Helm
