DX Express Integration with Helm
Easily connect DX Express to your Helm account and start dispatching efficiently. This step-by-step guide walks you through everything from credentials to configuration

Who Are DX Express?
DX Express is part of the DX Group, providing fast and secure express delivery services across the UK
Specialising in next-day and time-sensitive deliveries, DX Express is ideal for eCommerce businesses, retailers, and public sector organisations needing speed and reliability

Step 1: Get Your DX Express Credentials
Before setting up DX Express in Helm, make sure you have the necessary credentials ready
You will need:
Account Number
Username
Password
🔎 These are supplied by DX Express during account creation or can be requested from your account manager

Step 2: Install DX Express in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers”
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure DX Express
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select DX Express from the courier list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Complete the following fields:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “DX Express UK” or “DX Next Day”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for sandbox use |
Collection Time | Enter your scheduled collection time as agreed with DX Express |
Account Number | Provided by DX Express |
Username | Provided by DX Express |
Password | Provided by DX Express |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
DX Express is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can start dispatching shipments, printing courier labels, and managing collections directly from Helm
