DPD Netherlands Integration with Helm

Who Are DPD Netherlands?

Step 1: Get Your DPD Netherlands Credentials
Before installing DPD Netherlands in Helm, make sure you have the required login credentials
You will need:
Depot
Delis Id
Delis Password
🔎 These are provided by DPD Netherlands during onboarding or can be requested through your account manager

Step 2: Install DPD Netherlands in Helm
To get started:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers”
Select the Couriers tab from the search results

Step 3: Select and Configure DPD Netherlands
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select DPD Netherlands from the courier list
Click Continue to open the configuration form
Fill in the following fields:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “DPD NL” or “DPD Netherlands Domestic”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for sandbox setup |
Collection Time | Specify your regular collection time as arranged with DPD Netherlands |
Depot | Provided by DPD Netherlands |
Delis Id | Provided by DPD Netherlands |
Delis Password | Provided by DPD Netherlands |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration
