DX Integration with Helm

Easily connect DX to your Helm account and start dispatching efficiently. This step-by-step guide walks you through everything from credentials to configuration

Who Are DX?

DX is a trusted UK courier and logistics company specialising in parcel, freight, secure, and time-sensitive deliveries

With a strong presence in B2B and public sector services, DX is a reliable partner for high-volume shippers requiring dedicated distribution across the UK and Ireland

Step 1: Get Your DX Credentials

Before setting up DX in Helm, ensure you have the necessary login credentials
You will need:

  • Username

  • Password

  • Customer ID

🔎 These details are provided by DX when your account is created

If you need assistance retrieving them, contact your DX account manager or support team

Step 2: Install DX in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers”

  3. Click on the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure DX

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select DX from the list

  3. Click Continue to access the setup form

  4. Enter the following details:

Internal name (e.g. “DX Freight” or “DX Secure”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for staging

Collection Time

Specify your scheduled collection time with DX

Username

Provided by DX

Password

Provided by DX

Customer ID

Provided by DX

💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

DX is now fully integrated with Helm WMS

You can begin dispatching parcels, generating labels, and scheduling collections within the platform
