Parcelforce Integration with Helm

Step 1: Get Your Parcelforce Credentials

Before installing Parcelforce in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • Username

  • Password

  • Contract Number

Step 2: Install Parcelforce in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers“

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Parcelforce

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Parcelforce from the list

  3. Click Continue to start configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Internal name (e.g. “Parcelforce UK” or “Parcelforce Express”)

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup
