Spring XBS Courier Integration with Helm

Set up Spring XBS as a courier in your Helm WMS to automate fulfilment with seamless label generation, tracking, and collection management

Who Are Spring XBS?

Spring XBS (Cross Border Solutions) is a specialised division of Spring Global, focused on international eCommerce delivery solutions and returns

They help online retailers scale globally through efficient cross-border logistics, trusted delivery, and smart return handling

Step 1: Get Your Spring XBS Credentials

Before installing Spring XBS in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:

  • API Key

If you’re missing any details, reach out to your Spring XBS account manager or support contact

Step 2: Install Spring XBS in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type Couriers

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure Spring XBS

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Spring XBS from the list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Courier Identifier

Internal name (e.g. “Spring XBS Standard” or “Spring XBS Tracked”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Enter your agreed pickup schedule with Spring XBS

API Key

Provided by Spring XBS

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!

Spring XBS is now integrated with Helm WMS

You can begin dispatching orders, printing shipping labels, and scheduling collections directly from your Helm dashboard
