Panther - AIT Home Deliveries Integration with Helm

AIT Home Deliveries (used to be known as Panther) is a specialist home delivery service offering reliable and flexible logistics solutions across the UK

They focus on white-glove deliveries including assembly, installation, and scheduled time slots for customer convenience

Step 1: Get Your AIT Home Deliveries Credentials

Before installing AIT Home Deliveries in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials

You will need:

  • API KEY

If you require assistance, contact your AIT Home Deliveries account manager or support team

Step 2: Install AIT Home Deliveries in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers“

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure AIT Home Deliveries

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select Panther from the list

  3. Click Continue to start configuration

  4. Enter the following details:

Internal name (e.g. “AIT HOME DELIVERIES” or “Panther Home Delivery”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Enter your agreed pickup schedule with AIT Home Deliveries

API KEY

Provided by AIT Home Deliveries
