PostNL Integration with Helm
Easily connect PostNL to your Helm account and start dispatching efficiently. This step-by-step guide walks you through everything from credentials to configuration

Who Are PostNL?
PostNL is the national postal service provider of the Netherlands, offering reliable parcel delivery and logistics services across Europe
They specialise in cost-effective, customer-focused shipping solutions tailored for eCommerce and business customers

Step 1: Get Your PostNL Credentials
Before installing PostNL in Helm, ensure you have the following credentials
You will need:
Api Key
Customer Code
Customer Number
🔎 These details are provided by PostNL during onboarding
If you require assistance, contact your PostNL account manager or support team

Step 2: Install PostNL in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type Couriers
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure PostNL
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select PostNL from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “PostNL Standard” or “PostNL Express”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed pickup schedule with PostNL |
Api Key | Provided by PostNL |
Customer Code | Provided by PostNL |
Customer Number | Provided by PostNL |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
PostNL is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels and managing collections directly from Helm
