DPD Germany Integration with Helm

Who Are DPD Germany?

DPD Germany is a major parcel delivery provider within the DPD group network, offering domestic and cross-border shipping across Europe

With a strong presence in Germany, DPD is trusted for fast transit times, real-time tracking, and delivery flexibility suited for both B2B and B2C eCommerce

Step 1: Get Your DPD Germany Credentials

Before setting up DPD Germany in Helm, make sure you have your login credentials
You will need:

  • Username

  • Password

🔎 These are issued during your account onboarding with DPD Germany

You can also request them from your DPD account manager or support team

Step 2: Install DPD Germany in Helm

To begin:

  1. Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm

  2. Use the search bar to type “Couriers”

  3. Select the Couriers tab from the list

Step 3: Select and Configure DPD Germany

  1. Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner

  2. Search for and select DPD Germany from the courier list

  3. Click Continue to begin configuration

  4. Fill in the following fields:

Internal name (e.g. “DPD DE” or “DPD Germany Domestic”)

Account Type

Choose Live for production or Test for trial setup

Collection Time

Enter your scheduled pickup time as agreed with DPD Germany

Provided by DPD Germany
