Evri International Integration with Helm
Easily connect Evri International to your Helm account and start dispatching efficiently. This step-by-step guide walks you through everything from credentials to configuration

Step 1: Get Your Evri International Credentials
Before installing Evri International in Helm, ensure you have your credentials ready
You will need:
API Key
🔎 These are issued during your international account setup with Evri
If you're unsure where to find them, contact your Evri account manager

Step 2: Install Evri International in Helm
To begin:
Open the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers“
Select the Couriers tab from the list

Step 2: Install COURIER in Helm
Let’s get the courier added to your Helm system:
Navigate to the Courier Installation Page
In Helm, go to the Settings menu (bottom-left)
Use the search bar to type Couriers
Click on Couriers from the list

Step 3: Select and Configure Evri International
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select Evri International from the list
Click Continue to begin configuration
Complete the following fields:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “Evri International” or “Evri Global”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production use or Test for staging setup |
Collection Time | Enter your agreed international pickup time with Evri |
API Key | Provided by Evri International |
💡 Tip: The Notes section (if shown) is for internal comments - only visible to you
Once done, click Save to activate the integration

All Set!
Evri International is now connected with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching global parcels, printing international shipping labels, and managing customs-ready collections
