DHLParcelUKCloud Integration with Helm

Who Are DHLParcelUKCloud?
DHLParcelUKCloud is a cloud-based DHL integration designed to streamline domestic parcel shipping across the UK
It provides secure, scalable access to DHL’s shipping services with enhanced API performance, real-time tracking, and simplified management for eCommerce fulfilment

Step 1: Get Your DHL Parcel UK Cloud Credentials
Before installing DHL Parcel UK Cloud in Helm, ensure you have the necessary credentials
You will need:
Client Id
Client Secret
Customer Number
Pickup Account
🔎 These credentials are issued by DHL during your cloud service onboarding
Contact DHL or your account manager for assistance if needed

Step 2: Install DHL Parcel UK Cloud in Helm
To begin setup:
Go to the Settings menu in the bottom-left corner of Helm
Use the search bar to type “Couriers”
Select the Couriers tab from the results

Step 3: Select and Configure DHL Parcel UK Cloud
Click Install Courier in the bottom-right corner
Search for and select DHL Parcel UK Cloud from the courier list
Click Continue to start configuration
Enter the following details:
Field | What to Enter |
Courier Identifier | Internal name (e.g. “DHL UK Cloud” or “DHL Parcel UK Cloud API”) |
Account Type | Choose Live for production or Test for staging setup |
Collection Time | Specify the time DHL collects from your warehouse or fulfilment centre |
Client Id | Provided by DHL for the cloud API service |
Client Secret | Provided by DHL for the cloud API service |
Customer Number | Provided by DHL for the cloud API service |
Pickup Account | Provided by DHL for the cloud API service |

Once done, click Save to activate the integration

DHL Parcel UK Cloud is now integrated with Helm WMS
You can begin dispatching shipments, printing labels, and managing collections directly within Helm
